What information do I need to provide?

The information required depends on the type of service you're booking.

For astrology readings (natal chart, solar return, relocation astrology): please provide your full date of birth (day, month, year), exact birth time, and city and country of birth. The Ascendant, house placements, and timing techniques all depend on birth time accuracy — even a difference of a few minutes can shift the chart significantly.

For Qimen Dunjia consultations: your date and time of birth are required to construct your personal Qimen chart. If you are asking a specific question (horary Qimen), we will use the time the question is posed — in that case, no birth data is needed, just a clear and sincere question.

For tarot readings: no birth data is required. Simply prepare your question or the situation you want to explore. The more specific and honest your question, the more precise the reading. General questions like "What does my future look like?" yield general answers. Focused questions like "What is blocking my financial growth this quarter?" yield actionable ones.

For shamanic rituals and custom amulets: your full legal name, date of birth, and stated intention are required. The ritual is anchored to you as a specific individual — these details allow the work to be correctly directed and sealed.

For crystal orders (bracelets, raw stones, ritual candles): no personal data is needed unless you are purchasing a bespoke Qimen crystal bracelet, which requires your full birth chart data.

When in doubt, share more rather than less. Every additional detail helps us do more precise, useful work for you.

What if I don't know my birth time?

This is more common than you might think — and it doesn't have to be a dealbreaker.

First, try to find it. Check your original birth certificate (hospital-issued, not a summary document), maternity records, or ask a parent or close family member. Many people are surprised to discover that a relative remembers the time clearly. If you were born outside of a hospital setting, a family record book or religious registry may contain it.

If you have a rough estimate, share it with us. "Sometime in the morning before 9am," or "late evening, after dinner" still gives us a working range. We can sometimes narrow the Ascendant using a technique called chart rectification — cross-referencing major life events with planetary timings to identify the most likely rising sign.

If the time is completely unknown, we will note this clearly in your reading. Certain parts of the chart — particularly the Ascendant, house system, and any house-dependent timing work (annual profections, solar arc directions) — become unreliable without a confirmed birth time. However, much of the chart remains fully readable: the Sun, Moon, and planetary placements, major aspects, and the overall temperament and life themes. Qimen Dunjia can also be approached through a horary (question-based) method, which does not require birth data at all.

An unknown birth time narrows what we can do — it does not eliminate it. We will always be transparent about where the limitations lie.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Niamor ships physical products worldwide from our base in Spain.

Current shipping destinations include: all EU countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and most of Southeast Asia. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

These are estimates. Delays caused by customs processing, public holidays, or postal disruptions are outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We aim to use tracked, insured shipping for all orders.

Customs, import duties, and local taxes may apply depending on your country's import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We are not able to predict or absorb these costs on your behalf, and we do not falsify customs declarations.

Digital products — including all readings, consultations, Qimen reports, and ritual reports — are delivered digitally via email and have no shipping cost or delivery time constraint. You can book from anywhere in the world.

What is your return and refund policy for a custom item?

All personalised and custom items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted once work has commenced or an item has been customised for you.

This policy exists for an important reason: every custom item at Niamor — whether a bespoke amulet, a ritual commissioned in your name, a Qimen crystal bracelet built to your chart, or a personal reading — is created specifically and exclusively for you. It is energetically prepared, named, and intentionally directed toward your circumstances. It cannot be re-sold, re-purposed, or given to another person without losing its integrity.

This category includes: all readings and consultations (tarot, astrology, Qimen Dunjia, shamanic), all ritual services commissioned in a client's name, bespoke Qimen crystal bracelets, custom protection amulets, and any digital report or document delivered after purchase.

If your item arrives visibly damaged — cracked, broken, or incorrectly assembled — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with clear photographs and your order number. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

For standard (non-custom) physical products: unopened retail items — standard crystal pieces, retail candles, and non-personalised jewellery — may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Once an item has been opened, used, or energetically activated, it is no longer eligible for return.
