Custom and Personalised Items — Final Sale
All personalised and custom items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted once work has commenced.
Custom items include: all readings and consultations (tarot, astrology, Qimen Dunjia, shamanic), all ritual services, bespoke Qimen crystal bracelets, custom protection amulets, and any digital report or file that has been delivered.
Damaged Physical Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Non-Custom Retail Items
Non-custom physical items (such as raw crystals, crystal frames, and ritual candles that have not been personalised) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unopened and in original condition
- Not energetically activated or used
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Opened, used, or energetically activated items are not eligible for return.
