Where We Ship
We ship internationally from our base in Spain. We currently ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and most of Southeast Asia.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Spain & Portugal: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 8–16 business days
- Asia-Pacific (HK, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia): 10–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Processing Time
Most items are made to order or individually prepared. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We do not falsify customs declarations or mark orders as gifts to avoid fees.
Digital Products
Digital products (readings, reports, and other digital deliverables) are delivered via email and are not subject to shipping costs or delivery constraints.
